An experienced In-House Recruitment Manager is required to join our HR Team in both our clubhouses, located in Epsom, Surrey and Pall Mall, London.

As the Recruitment Manager you are responsible for the full recruitment function within the HR Team, with one direct report.

You will be managing the recruitment budget, delivering against all recruitment targets, implementing the recruitment strategy and ensuring that all applicants receive a positive candidate experience throughout their journey with us. You will also be a strong people manager and have the ability to effectively manage stakeholders across a number of departments, across two sites.

This role is managing high volume recruitment mainly across Hospitality, Leisure and Head office.

To be successful within this role you will be;

  • An experienced in-house recruitment manager or managed a high volume hospitality desk within an agency at management level
  • You will ideally come from a Hospitality, Retail or Care sector
  • You will be strategically minded with the ability to plan ahead, forecast and look for ways of improving the recruitment process
  • Manage the recruitment budget for both Clubhouses with the ability to manage costs effectively ensuring that
  • You will have strong direct sourcing experience using a range of different sourcing methods
  • Proven ability to reduce agency cost and manage a PSL
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management experience
  • An industry related qualification would be advantageous
