Summer season Commis Chefs needed for our Clubhouse, Woodcote Park, Epsom. On a 3 or 6 month contract. Positions are  available from April 2018 until October 2018.

As a Commis Chef you will assist in the smooth running of the section within the kitchen and produce 5 star standards of food whilst continually striving for perfection and satisfying the high standards of the club and it's members.

You will assist the Chef de Partie and Demi CDP in maintaining adequate stock levels, reducing wastage and ensuring mise en place is to restaurant standards and meets the requirements of your senior chefs.

As a Commis Chef you will be responsible for maintaining accurate written records of recipes produced, fridge temperature checks and cleanliness and ensuring that you maintain discipline at all times.

In return you will receive ongoing training and development, be part of a dynamic kitchen team and improve your skills and techniques as a Chef through our highly trained and experienced senior chefs.
