Are you a proven Mixologist with the creativity, flair and experience to develop cocktails that deliver a truly memorable experience to a discerning Member based audience?  Then why not join the team here at Stirling’s Fine Dining Restaurant, in our beautiful Woodcote Park clubhouse based in Epsom.

The Role: Not only will you take the lead on the cocktail making within the bar but you will use your extensive experience and knowledge to make recommendations for our menu, ensuring we have a varied selection to suit most palates. You will offer a variety of cocktails to our Members ensuring that their specific needs are catered for using your creativity and flair for Mixology.

The Person: With experience in a similar role you will need to have excellent team working skills and be able to work collaboratively with the rest of the bar team to guarantee a great service is provided. You’ll also maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the bar. To be successful you must have:

  • Experience of working within a high-end cocktail bar.
  • Professional Qualification in Bartending/Mixology - alternatively if you do not have a professional qualification but have a desire to be professional Mixologist please continue with your application as we are happy to train for the right person.
