We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team, responsible for delivering our Club's people strategy in partnership with Heads of Department at the Royal Automobile Club.

The Royal Automobile Club embodies both the rich history of British motoring and the best tradition of private members’ clubs of being a home from home. At our beautiful Pall Mall clubhouse in the heart of London, and at Woodcote Park, our clubhouse set in 350 acres of Surrey parkland near Epsom, we’re passionate about pioneering ever higher standards of dining, accommodation and sporting facilities.

This position sits within a new Club HR structure. As HR Business Partner you will have  specific responsibilities for our Kitchens and Recruitment Strategy – partnering our highly-regarded professional kitchens in each clubhouse and working closely with them to recruit, retain, onboard and develop our talented chefs; together with developing the wider recruitment strategy for the whole Club

As HR Business Partner you will build effective working relationships with Heads of Department across both clubhouses, You will, above all, understand the Club's overall strategy, and work tirelessly to align all HR initiatives towards its fulfilment, advising and supporting managers on operational decisions along the way.

To succeed in this role, you will require a business management qualification/degree or equivalent, and must possess a wide range of HR skills across the entire employee life-cycle including recruitment, complex case management, workforce planning, performance management, change management and organisation design. You will also have prior experience supporting multiple departments – ideally either in the hospitality sector or in a retail environment. For this hands-on role, it is important that you are highly organised, articulate (both verbally and in writing), friendly and engaging.
