As a professional and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor at our Woodcote Park clubhouse near Epsom, you will ensure our Gastro Pub, the 19th Hole and Spike Bar, runs smoothly and that our members enjoy their experience with us.

The role:  Following a recent refurbishment of the Gastro Pub, in this role you will be responsible for assisting the Bar Manager with the training and development of the team and will ensure that each service runs without any issues. In addition to this, you will be responsible for the opening and closing of the bar and restaurant, cashing up, stock take & orders, staff rotas and resolving any issues through effective problem solving.

The Person: To be successful you will have previous experience in a supervisory role within a Bar / Restaurant setting, with exceptional team leadership skills. Due to the environment, a background of working within a high end establishment would be beneficial for this role. You must possess the ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet and have a high level of initiative.
