Are you a highly efficient individual with outstanding people skills and a desire to always go the extra mile?

If so, the prestigious Royal Automobile Club is looking for a Receptionist/Reservationist to ensure the highest possible standard of service for members and guests, with all requirements and needs fulfilled.

About this exciting opportunity

You will be expected to fulfil a broad range of responsibilities. These include ensuring members are greeted in a warm and friendly manner and that they are offered different room categories, so they can hand-pick the best suited room for their needs.

You will also ensure all member queries or complaints are passed on to the appropriate manager/supervisor, all reservations are correctly entered into the system, and that every reservation email is replied to promptly and efficiently. Attending all health and safety training is also a key duty.

What we are looking for

Well presented with a good command of the English language, you will have 12-18 months’ experience in a luxurious establishment of similar standards. You will possess a sound understanding of Opera/Fidelio systems and have received customer service and telephone techniques training. Good attention to detail and a flexible and team-orientated approach to your work are also vital.
