Then look no further as the prestigious Royal Automobile Club is looking for a Studio Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will deliver a varied and rewarding class programme experience for members and guests, ensuring a high level of professionalism at all times.

About the role

This diverse position will see you prepare monthly freelance invoices, contribute ideas for new classes, seek opportunities to increase member participation, plus maintain adequate class equipment, ordering cost-effective replacements where necessary.

You will deliver friendly and efficient customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests, while consistently preparing the studio to the set standards and ensuring all freelance instructors are aware of these standards. You will carry out a number of group classes every week and keep up to date with all sports and wellness services, including current promotions and new services, to enable you to recommend to members / guests is also a key duty.

What we are looking for

You must hold a recognised Level 2 Group Exercise qualification and will have experience of teaching group exercise classes. Approachable, flexible and always professional, you will be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, plus have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Training in Pilates or Yoga is desirable.
