Are you an ambitious, self-motivated individual with experience working as an HR Business Partner in a fast-moving environment? Do you thrive on new challenges and enjoy developing HR strategies as part of a wider team? Intrinsic to our on-going transition process, we are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team, responsible for 3 division within the Club, Sports, House and F& beverage.

The role:

As HR Business Partner you will be tasked with building effective working relationships across the Pall Mall Clubhouse, both with Heads of Departments to drive leadership HR incentives, and with Club employees to ensure they are supported fully in their roles. You will be responsible for managing the performance of the Club, measuring HR KPI's against individual employee performances and solving any ER issues where and when they might arise.

You will, above all, understand the Club's overall strategy, and work tirelessly to align all HR solutions and incentives towards its fulfilment, advising and supporting managers on operational decisions along the way.

The Person:

To succeed in this role, you will require a business management qualification/degree, and must possess a wide range of HR skills.  You will also have prior experience supporting multiple departments – ideally either in the hospitality sector or in a retail environment.

For this hands-on role, it is important that you are outwardly personable and able to work well as part of a team, as well as being highly organised and articulate when developing strategies and advising department managers. Any prior experience recruiting for Chef roles will be valued highly when considering applications for this post.
