If you have Cocktail & Mixology experience, or the aspiration to learn the art of cocktail making, and are looking to work in an exclusive 5 star environment, why not join us as a Cocktail Bartender here at Woodcote Park near Epsom? You’ll be based in Stirling’s, a beautiful, classic seafood restaurant with an exclusive cocktail bar which was opened by Sir Stirling Moss.

The role - you will be responsible for ensuring that our members have a memorable experience within the cocktail bar by creating and mixing cocktails according to individual tastes. You will learn cocktail mixology and the theory behind it so that you can educated and entice our members to move away from a typical spirit and mixer and enjoy a wide range of flavoursome cocktails.

The person - you will need to have experience working in a high end bar. Although cocktail and mixology experience is not essential, you must have the desire to learn. You will need a confident yet friendly personality and have the ability to build relationships with our members and provide a personalised service behind the bar.
