If you have experience of restaurant management/supervision, this Assistant Restaurant Manager role within the fine dining style Stirlings Restaurant based in Woodcote Park, Epsom could be a perfect opportunity. We’re seeking an inspirational, hands-on individual for this key hospitality role.

The Role:

  • Responsible for ensuring that your staff group is motivated
  • Enthusiastic

The Person: 

  • Experience of managing a busy restaurant team
  • Ability to take responsibility for back office tasks
  • Ensure we have enough staff to cover rotas
  • Maintain stock
  • Possess Level 1 & 2 qualification in basic food hygiene, preferably with an NVQ in food service and bar work, and/or an NVQ in customer service
  • Proven experience of bar service
  • Awareness of licensing laws, ideally including wine knowledge/WSET Level 2 qualification
