As one of the finest Private Member's Clubs in London we are currently seeking a Studio Co-Ordinator to join the Fitness team in our Pall Mall clubhouse on a part time basis.

As a Studio Co-Ordinator you will be creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our members and their guests, delivering classes and anticipating our member’s needs, ensuring they have a positive experience in the gym.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests

  • Anticipating members and their guests needs, to leave them with a positive experience

  • Prepare the studio to set standards prior to class and ensure all freelance instructors are aware of these standards

  • Seek opportunities to deliver above and beyond, and promote other areas and services within the sports and wellness area

  • Deliver classes during your working hours and be able to step in to cover other classes if needed

Our ideal candidate:

  • Have good communication skills
  • Have worked in a similar environment
  • Proven track record of co-ordinating a group classes within a health and fitness club
  • Group Fitness Qualification
  • Yoga and or Pilates Qualified
