Purpose of the role:
As the Fitness Studio Coordinator you will deliver a varied class programme experience for members and guests in our stunning Pall Mall clubhouse, ensuring a high level of standard and professionalism at all times.
20 hours over three days per week - Monday to Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the studio to set standards prior to class and ensure all freelance instructors are aware of these standards.
- Providing a friendly professional service to all members and guests to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Delivering engaging classes to meet the needs of our members.
About you:
- Group Fitness Qualification
- Pilates Qualification or HIIT training experience preferred
- Previous experience of co-ordinating a group classes within a similar environment
- Proven and demonstrable excellent customer service experience
- Be approachable and confident
- Good communication skills
