Sports Assistant - Casual

Welcome to the Royal Automobile Club! We are an exclusive world-class private members club, with 2 stunning clubhouses. Providing a first-class service offering accommodation, dining, sports and leisure facilities with an extensive banqueting function for the enjoyment of our members and guests.

We are currently looking for casuals in our stunning Pall Mall clubhouse on a zero hours contract within the sports department. 

Our hours are flexible for casual workers and are likely to be 8 hour shifts with staggered start and finish times. 

The hourly rate is £12.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• The role will include working within the historic Turkish Baths, swimming pool, sports laundry and the Juice Bar.
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests, anticipating their needs, so as to leave them with a positive experience.
• Helping the wider sports team.
• Creating health juices, smoothies, and protein shakes, as well as the normal barista-type coffee.
• Take food orders serviced by the Club Room kitchen to the sports area.
• Responsible for the day-to-day service f the public areas of the sports facility at Pall Mall, whilst ensuring high standards of service delivery at all times.

• Adaptable and flexible approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be availabe to work weekends
