Purpose of the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager to join our dynamic team based at our Pall Mall clubhouse in the heart of London. You will be at the forefront of member service and be the main point of contact to ensure memorable experiences for our members and their guests before during and after their stay.

Essentials:

• Supervisory level in guest relations
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent presentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload

Minimum experience required:

• Experience in Opera systems is preferable
• Can work on their own or as part of a team
• Team player
