Purpose of the role:
To deliver an excellent dining experience for members and guests, ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities :
- Excellent communication skills to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Preparing your section to set standards, ensuring all mise en place is fully prepared
- Delivering a first-class experience to members and their guests
- Ensure all orders are coded accurately, including highlighting allergens and dietary requirements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and wider teams
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
About you:
- Experience delivering 5* service in a similar environment
- Basic Food hygiene level 1 and 2
- Awareness of Licencing laws
- Passionate about delivering first-class customer experience
- Team player
- Able to multitask
