Purpose of the role:
To assist the Banqueting Reservations Manager in the co-ordination of internal and external functions for Pall Mall and Woodcote Park ensuring that all details for the function are conveyed correctly to all involved departments.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
- High level of attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable
About you:
- Function planning experience
- Computer literate
- Strong communication skills
