We are seeking a highly organised and creative Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role demands exceptional organisational and planning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Based in Pall Mall, London for 40 hours per week - This role will require working some evenings and weekends.

Purpose of the role:
To assist the Events Manager to promote the Club’s facilities to members and to help develop and deliver the calendar of quality events. To process all event bookings and event-related inquiries on behalf of the Events Team, following the procedures in place. This will include administrating a core role within the team efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- To assist in the research and creation along with administer and run the events calendar for Pall Mall under the direction of the Events Manager.
- Update website/magazine with information on forthcoming events and ensure the entries for events are 100% error-free.
- To be the first point of contact in the Events Office at Pall Mall.
- Update and manage events database and review data storage system.
- Provide administrative support to the team in day-to-day running of the events office.
- Ensure all events are ready for delivery in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the Banqueting and Operations Teams, and Chefs to ensure that weekly information and updates are communicated effectively.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transportation services when required.
- Utilise event management software to track and manage budgets, guest lists, and timelines.
- Produce weekly reminders, schedules, action plans, and reports to provide insights for future event enhancements.
