Purpose of the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team based at our Pall Mall clubhouse in the heart of London.  You will maintain the successful day-to-day running of the operations of the Reception, Concierge, Day Duty Manager, Nights and Simms Centre. Prioritise member and guest satisfaction, with a particular focus on creating a strong sense of arrival and assist the Front Office Manager and deputise on their behalf during their absence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes
  • Lead and mentor the front desk team, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment
  • Ensure high standard of service are consistently delivered, handling member inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
  • Monitor and manage room reservations, allocations and amenities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience

About you:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a luxury 4-5 star environment at front office supervisory or assistant management role
  • Experience in Opera systems is preferable
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Team player
