Purpose of the role:
The experienced and passionate team are now looking for a Beauty Therapist to join them to deliver a wide selection of treatments for men and women in our luxury treatment suites.
- Responsibilities:
- Providing memorable spa and wellbeing experiences for members and their guests
- Prepare and maintain the treatment rooms and deliver all treatments to the required standard of excellence
- Create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ensure amendments and additions to bookings are communicated to the reception team so that the correct charges can be applied.
About you:
- Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Beauty Therapy and/or an NVQ in C.I.B.T.A.C / C.I.D.E.S.C.O.
- Previous demonstrable experience in a luxury environment
- Excellent communicator and ability to build a rapport with clients
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Experience of the Temple Spa skin care brand is desirable
