Purpose of the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reception Supervisor to join our dynamic team at this unique Private Members Club. Based at our Pall Mall clubhouse in the heart of London that offers a sanctuary for our members and with an array of bars, restaurants and sports facilities, it becomes a home from home for many.
You will supervise the day to day running of the operations and support the Manager and the team ensuring members requirements and needs are fulfilled to the highest possible standard and deputise in the absence of the Manager
Responsibilities:
- To provide a unique and individual arrival experience for members and their guests.
- To develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments in the Club, assisting when required in resolving problems.
- Communicate closely with all departments to ensure follow up on any member/guest requests and queries
- Prepare departmental rota and ensure they are planned in accordance to the levels of business, maintaining appropriate coverage at all times
About you:
- Experience essential in a similar environment.
- Experience in Opera/Fidelio systems is preferable.
- Excellent presentation and attention to detail.
- Team player
