Purpose of the role:
To oversee the programme of activities and parties at the Walled Garden, seeking to ensure the very highest standards of service to Woodcote Juniors, members and guests. To lead on allocated areas of development within the site and to be an onsite Supervisor to the whole Walled Garden facility. To provide clear communication to staff and members on operational matters.
40 hours per week working 5 days over 7 days to include weekends and bank holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the party and activity offering, from liaising with external coaches, to ensuring that all items of procurement are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure the Walled Garden camps, sessions and parties are delivered to the highest standard, with exceptional level of attention to detail.
- Ensure frequent and relevant communications are undertaken between all areas of Walled Garden staff.
- Previous demonstrable experience in leading a team, preferably in a leisure environment
- A team player and driven to always do the best job possible.
- Ensure that the booking management and point of sale systems are monitored and controlled in order to provide smooth and consistent service, both front and back office.
- Ensure compliance with the rules of the Clubhouses Health and Safety Policy.
- Ensure all safeguarding measures are being taken to protect members and staff.
