As part of our busy team at our Pall Mall Club House you will be working within a high pressured environment but one where you will develop quickly in your as a Chef de Partie. We deliver a range of cuisines across a number of outlets including a Brasserie, Fine Dining, Lounge and Buffet to a high calibre of clientele.

Working under our Executive Head Chef Philip Corrick and our Head Chef you will be encouraged to learn and develop within your career as a Chef, with many of our Chef's being entered and winning a number of Culinary completions across the UK.

As a Chef De Partie, the role will see you:

  • Supervising and maintaining the smooth running of a section within the kitchen.
  • Taking responsibility for preparing and cooking dishes.
  • Assisting the sous chefs in developing the Demi Chef de Partie, Commis and trainees.
  • Maintaining stock levels of all produce, as well as producing and checking mise en place to ensure quality and meet restaurant/business requirements.
  • Preparing and cooking the food for the staff restaurant facility.

The Person – To succeed, you’ll need high standards of cooking ability, attention to detail and adaptability, as well as good communication skills. You should also possess:

  • Level 2 food hygiene.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5 star or similar establishment.
  • The ability to work on any section of the kitchen.
  • Relevant product knowledge.
