Full Job Description

If you have experience in a customer-facing, security or reception operations role, you could be ideal for the position of Night Receptionist/Porter, assisting with Reception Desk and Night Security at our Woodcote Park clubhouse near Epsom.

The Role: As Night Receptionist/Porter you will be responsible for dealing with queries that arise during the evening, taking telephone calls, operating the switchboard and handling Member enquiries in person. You will ensure that regular security checks are carried out during the night across the various buildings on the Woodcote Estate and will have a number of other tasks to complete during each shift.  You will also complete a handover with the morning team, updating them on any activity during the evening.

The Person: You’ll have worked in a customer-facing role previously and ideally have knowledge of reception operations. Excellent customer service skills, both face to face and over the telephone are required. You’ll be predominantly working on your own and will need to be confident, responsible, proactive and open to assisting the night cleaners with additional duties where possible.

Shifts are typically 12 hours, 4 nights on and 4 nights off from 20:00- 08:00
