Are you a highly efficient and driven individual with natural people skills? Looking for that career-enhancing new challenge? If so, the prestigious Royal Automobile Club is looking for a Head Receptionist to lead the sports reception team to deliver excellent levels of service and memorable sports and wellbeing experiences for both members and their guests.

The Role: You will undertake a broad range of responsibilities, with a focus on delivering friendly and efficient customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests. You will keep up to date with Sports and Wellness services, current promotions and new products to enable you to recommend to members and guests, plus ensure all bookings, administration and payments procedures are carried out thoroughly and accurately.

You will also oversee recruitment, training and performance management to ensure the team is fully engaged and fulfilling their potential, and conduct regular team meetings to keep everyone informed of important events, promotions and department/company performance, while monitoring the quality of service delivery is also vital.

The Person: You will have a proven track record of managing a front of house facility, working within the hospitality industry, and have undertaken customer service, front of house and leisure management booking systems training. Organised, confident and highly professional, you will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, while a flexible approach to your work is also essential.
