If you have experience in a customer-facing, security or reception operations role, you could be ideal for the position of Night Receptionist, assisting with Reception Desk at our Woodcote Park clubhouse near Epsom.

The Role:

  • Dealing with queries that arise during the evening
  • Taking telephone calls
  • Operating the switchboard
  • Handling Member enquiries
  • Regular security checks are carried out during the night
  • Handover with the morning team, updating them on any activity during the evening

The Person: 

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ideally knowledge of reception operations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident
  • Responsible
  • Proactive
  • Open to assisting the night cleaners with additional duties where possible

Shifts are typically 12 hours, 4 nights on and 4 nights off from 20:00- 08:00
