Our Epsom country clubhouse with 2 kitchens, 2 restaurants and 2 additional bars is looking for a demi Chef de Partie to join our busy team. Ranging from sandwiches to fine dining our kitchens deliver excellent food and excellent service to our members every single day.

Role Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for assisting in the preparing and cooking of the dishes on sections of the kitchen
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in maintaining stock levels of all produce and mise en place to business levels and restaurant requirements as set out by the sous chefs
  • Follow the instructions of the CDP to be enable the smooth running of the section
  • Keep a written record of recipes produced
  • Be smart and attentive as set out in the kitchen SOP
  • Maintain high levels of personal hygiene and appearance
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed at all times
  • Follow the law in respect of food hygiene, health and safety, the club food policy

Our ideal candidate:

  • Demonstrable experience working as a demi CDP in a similar establishment
  • Experience and desire to cook different styles of cuisine
  • Have a passion for cooking and possess the desire to deliver exceptional service
  • Basic food hygiene skills
  • Ability to listen and follow instructions
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable and a team player
  • Enthusiastic and committed to doing a great job
