Our exclusive clubhouse in Epsom is looking for an experienced, organised and detail-oriented Chef de Rang to join us in one of our exquisite restaurants. Working with a fantastic team you will be passionate about delivering the best experience to our members. 

To lead and manage daily operations of the Pall Mall Sports and Spa facilities, delivering excellent service levels with exceptional and memorable member experiences.  Directly manage the Sports Front of House departments including Sports Reception, Gym, Turkish Bath, Sports Laundry, Juice Bar, Squash and Treatments.  The role includes management of freelance personnel, swimming instructor and therapists, and the supervision of contractors who provide services, particularly contract cleaning, to the department ensuring exceptional standards are maintained.

As Housekeeping Supervisor you will provide leadership and support to the Housekeeping management team, manage and supervise the housekeeping team and maintain the daily operations of the department.
